The founder of AJ's Transmissions, Al Varner, founded AJ's Transmissions in Akron Ohio in 1992, and ever since have never forgotten where the values and principles they dedicated themselves too from the start. Al realized that hard work and dedication are the keys to success, and AJ's Transmissions rewards their employees for their hard work and commitment. This is in part why AJ's Transmissions has such a low turnover rate; over two-thirds of the staff has worked with the company for seven or more years.
